When can I expect for my order to arrive?
You can expect your Milk Moon House art and products to arrive within approximately 2 weeks from time of order.
Commission works are completed and delivered within approximately 4-6weeks from time of order.
What sizes do you offer in your tees and do they run true to size?
All of our apparel has been carefully selected to be accurate in sizing, extremely comfortable and very easy to care for. Please check your desired product for available sizes.
What is the difference between Prints and Original Artworks?
An Original Work is a one-of-a-kind, hand scripted or painted piece of art created my Joanna Simeone on gallery wrapped canvas. These pieces are available framed by Tennessee craftsman Mark Hollis and come signed and stamped by the artist.
Prints are created on fully recycled, handmade paper in the original mould and deckle paper making process by the artist herself. The experts at Riot Printing in Knoxville, TN take over from there, using premium ink and custom screens to create a simple but very organic art print of Milk Moon House original art. These prints arrive unframed but may be taken to your local framer to be matted or dry mounted for a really special art piece.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, and we love to. However, there are limited spots per month for these custom works so please visit our Commission Works page here to get started!
What is your Return Policy?
It is our whole heart’s desire that you are always overjoyed with your Milk Moon House purchase. If you find yourself with a question or concern regarding your art, please contact us at milkmoonhouse@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange your item for one of equal value.
In the event an item arrived damaged, please email us with a picture of the damaged item and we will replace with one that is of promised quality.
Due to the nature of Original Art, all sales are final.
I am a retailer interested in selling Milk Moon House art work and/or products. Is that possible?

What is the minimal amount for a wholesale order?
Our minimal wholesale order amount is $500. We have successfully partnered with several businesses, and are happy to help answer any questions on how to curate an order perfectly suited for your store.
What is it like to be a wholesale partner with Milk Moon House?
Upon sending an email request, we will follow up within 48 hours with answers to any and all questions. Next, following agreement, we will email a code to be used in our WHOLESALE link at the top right of our Homepage. This code will give you access to a menu of items available for wholesale and cost. Now it’s time to enjoy your shopping experience and send in your order/ payment. Depending upon your chosen items, you will receive your order within 2-4 weeks (Original Artwork with Handcrafted Frames requiring the full 4 weeks.) Also, we will be available to answer any questions you might have regarding display ideas and design concepts with Milk Moon House art.
